Pressure washing estimates
measured from the satellite map.

The homeowner types the address, traces the driveway and sees your price. You stop burning an hour of gas to quote a $200 job.

How it works

  1. The customer types their address
  2. They outline the driveway, the roof, the house or the pool deck on the satellite map
  3. They pick the job and the extras: rust stains, oil spots, sealing, gutter brightening
  4. They see your price range for those square feet
  5. You get the lead with the address, the measured square feet, the extras and the price they saw

Your prices, your minimum

Set a base price and a price per square foot for each job, a price for each extra and your trip minimum. A 600 square foot driveway at $150 base and 15 cents a foot shows about $240. Change any number from your phone.

Why it matters

Driving out to quote a driveway costs you 45 minutes and a tank of patience, and half those quotes never book. When the customer already saw the price, the call is about which morning, not how much.

Frequently asked questions

How accurate is the satellite measure?

Close enough to quote a range, usually within 5 to 10 percent on open concrete. Trees over the driveway and old images make it less exact, so confirm on arrival.

Can it price a house wash?

Yes. The customer outlines the house on the map and the calculator prices the wash from your rate per square foot, with extras like gutter brightening or a window rinse.
